WindReach Farm Values Integrity/Ethics Professionalism Respect Compassion Quality Accessibility Membership Eligibility Criteria You can apply to become a member if you fit into any of the following five categories: Adult Participants: Anyone 18 or older who is legally able to sign contracts and is currently participating in one of the organization’s programs. Parents and Guardians: A parent or legal guardian of a program participant who is under 18 or an adult participant who cannot legally sign contracts. Volunteers: Current volunteers of the organization or the WindReach Farm Foundation, including Foundation Directors. Board Directors: Anyone elected or appointed as a Director of the organization automatically becomes a member. Partner Organization Leaders: A Board Director, the Executive Director, or CEO of another agency that provides disability services and that actively refers people to WindReach Farm.
